Bandar Seri Begawan, Wednesday, 3 Rabiulawal 1447 / 2 July 2025– Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, today received a farewell call from Her Excellency Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports headquarters. Both parties addressed several current issues that are of mutual concern and interest.
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, had graciously received the Letters of Credence from The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam, along with other newly appointed heads of foreign missions, during the Presentation of Letters of Credence and the Submission of Letters of Credence Ceremony held at Istana Nurul Iman on 20 October 2022.
